Justice Musarrat Hilali becomes the first female Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC) after the retirement of current Chief Justice Qaiser Rasheed. She would be the second female of the country who becomes Chief Justice of a High Court after Justice Syeda Tahira Safdar, the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court.
