Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns discussed the situation in Afghanistan with Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa and Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt Gen Faiz Hamid,
“Mr William Joseph Burns, Director of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), USA, called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), and Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid, Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI),” the ISPR said in a statement announcing the visit of the CIA chief.
